1. General

These terms govern your use of the Commquest website and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Commquest (Pty) Ltd is registered in South Africa (Registration No. 2020/123456/07).

2. Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

3. Orders

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order. Orders are confirmed once payment is verified.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery. Free delivery applies to orders over R750 (standard delivery only).

5. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you may return goods within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Defective goods may be returned within 6 months for repair, replacement, or refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
