Our Returns Policy

At Commquest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we make returns easy.

Standard Returns (30 Days)

• Return within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• All tags and labels must be attached
• You will receive a full refund to your original payment method
• Return shipping is at your cost (R99 standard)

Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Returns

Under the South African Consumer Protection Act (Act 68 of 2008):

• You have 6 months to return defective goods
• You may choose between a repair, replacement, or full refund
• Return shipping for defective goods is free
• No restocking fees apply to CPA returns

Non-Returnable Items

• Underwear and swimwear (hygiene reasons)
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Perishable goods (food, flowers)
• Opened beauty/skincare products

How to Return

1. Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
2. Select the item you want to return
3. Choose your return reason
4. Print the return label
5. Drop off at any PostNet or schedule a courier collection

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your return. Card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
